The Department of Homeland Security has referred Illinois State Rep. Margaret Croke to the Department of Justice for prosecution over her reckless doxxing of ICE agents.
Croke’s email, which was exposed by the popular X account Libs of TikTok, listed detailed vehicle descriptions, colors, and partial license plate numbers of cars allegedly belonging to ICE officers operating in Chicago neighborhoods.
As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, Croke blasted out the email on Friday under the guise of “protecting” communities from what she baselessly called “unlawful and undemocratic” ICE actions.
The flyer urged recipients to spy on and report suspicious vehicles, while providing hotlines and resources to connect illegals with lawyers and social services, essentially aiding and abetting criminals to evade justice. This isn’t public service. It’s a direct assault on federal law enforcement, putting brave ICE agents in the crosshairs of violent cartels, leftist extremists, and gangs.

In a post on Instagram, Croke urged her constituents to aid illegal aliens and record ICE agents.
Libs of TikTok announced the DHS referral in a bombshell update, saying the Assistant Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security Tricia McLaughlin, told them that Croke is being referred to the DOJ.
“Heinous. We will prosecute those who dox ICE law enforcement to the fullest extent of the law—State Rep Croke is no exception,” McLaughlin said.

McLaughlin’s statement echoes Attorney General Pam Bondi’s recent warnings on Fox News about similar antics by Chicago’s Lori Lightfoot, where Bondi vowed to crack down on anyone endangering federal agents.
“You cannot disclose the identity of a federal agent — where they live, anything that could harm them,” Bondi stated in a recent interview.
Assaults on federal officers have skyrocketed by 1,000% in these lawless Democrat cities, thanks to inflammatory tactics like the one used by Croke.
Croke has not issued a response to McLaughlin’s statement at the time of publishing.
