America’s most sensible Democrat strikes again.
Senator John Fetterman of Pennsylvania appeared on FOX News this week and slammed the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) as deeply anti-American, noting that many of them have recent social media writings that show them to be extremists.
Fetterman also said that DSA members are not even Democrats and should not be allowed to run as members of his party.
He is right about all of this and it’s amazing that he is one of the only members of his party with the courage to speak these truths.

FETTERMAN: “These DSA people are deeply anti-Israel, and they’re deeply anti-America, as well, too.”
“And look at the kinds of people that they’ve said, look at the things that they’ve been forced to delete.”
“What they’ve said online, and that’s not ancient history thing. These are recent things that they’ve said and that they’ve done.”
“And it’s indefensible, and and I don’t know why other Democrats, we just can’t can collectively say they are not Democrats.”
“They can run if they want, but not as a Democrat.”
“These are extremists, and usually they’re incredibly anti-American and willing to even wipe their mouths with the American flag.”

Fetterman gets it and it’s a shame that he is one of the only Democrats who does.
