    The barrister alleged that in presiding over the case, ‘Lord Justice Bean erred, in failing to correctly contemplate, or if not fail to contemplate, fail to correctly apply, the check of ‘obvious bias’. ‘In my view, Lord Justice Bean has erred in agreeing to listen to such an necessary case, when it includes his pals in Labour’.”
