Comrade Benrie Sanders (Socialist-VT) had a night so humiliating that one could be forgiven for thinking that perhaps he has succumbed to Biden-like dementia. This became especially clear during an exchange with a young woman after she asked a great question.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, CNN held a town hall Wednesday night in DC with the socialist senator and his fellow traveler, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY). While at the event, Sander was asked a surprising number of tough questions, especially by young people.

Perhaps Sanders’s worst moment came when Nicole Plewicka, a student, asked probably the best question of the evening: How come Republican messaging on social media is so much better than Democrat messaging?

Led by President Trump, the GOP’s embrace of social media played a significant role in them winning a record number of Generation Z voters in the last election. Republicans even succeeded on TikTok, perhaps the most significant left-wing social media platform.

Sanders had no clue how to respond and started repeating the premise of Plewicka’s question. Then, he finally ‘regrouped’ and started uttering nonsense about the GOP having lots of friends who own these social media platforms.

He also made a massive error by asserting that Jeff Bezos owned X rather than Elon Musk. During his nonsensical answer, he even failed to name the world’s richest man and most conservative-friendly social media owner.

    How embarrassing for Bernie.

PLEWICKA: Republicans have been appealing to audiences, especially young people like myself, using social media. Why does Republican messaging on social media seem so much more effective than Democratic messaging, and what can we do about it?

SANDERS: That’s a great question. Uhhhh…(pause) I think the Republicans are effective; they have learned a lot about social media.

And by the way, it doesn’t hurt that they have friends on all of the social media platforms. You know, Bezos owns Twitter or X.

Uhhh…Zuckerberg owns Meta, Facebook, and Instagram. Uhhh…(Larry) Ellison is going to own you pretty soon; I think he’s going to take over CNN, not to mention CBS.

Upon seeing this epic humiliation of the socialist Vermont Senator, the White House responded hilariously by placing a sombrero on Comrade Bernie’s head.

How quickly will he start crying ‘racism’?

    GREAT question…

    This is why, @SenSanders. pic.twitter.com/7FNRWCmJWn
