Indiana Fever head coach Stephanie White

Indiana Fever head coach Stephanie White weighed in on the trans-athletes in women’s sports debate on Friday, and she predictably bowed to the woke mob.

Stephanie White is the controversial head coach for Caitlin Clark and Sophie Cunningham, the two most popular players in the WNBA. White has performed a miserable job coaching Clark and allowing her to face a beating night after night in the woke women’s league.

White’s comments come amid the controversy surrounding Sophie Cunningham, the Indiana Fever star who took a heroic stand against men competing in women’s sports. The 29-year-old star said she wants to “protect young girls in a locker room, or young girls in sport who shouldn’t have to go against biological men,” sparking outrage from far left progressives.

White was asked during a pregame presser on Friday for her personal stance on male athletes participating in women’s sports, and the coach, despite living 49 years as a woman, couldn’t answer because she apparently lacks the “expertise.” She even appeared to defend men in women’s sports, adding, “growing up, I played with the boys all the time.”

How did that work out, Stephanie?

“I don’t know that I would say that I’m educated enough from a scientific standpoint. I don’t ever believe that exclusion is an answer. I just don’t,” White responded.

“I do think, you know, when we think about various levels of sport, various governing bodies of sport, and things that go into that, like I said, I’m not educated enough at the different levels. I know, growing up, I played with the boys all the time. There weren’t girls’ sports.”

When asked if she would specifically welcome a male into the WNBA, White again gave a non-answer, saying, “I don’t know— when we talk about biological male and scientifically where we are, I think it’s a totally different scenario.”

“As I said, I’m not educated enough in terms of transgender and transitioning to give you a smart answer,” she continued.

“I would say, though, that I just don’t feel like exclusion is an answer, and I think that we need to have deeper, more layered conversations.”

    WATCH:

This comes after the incident earlier in the week, where the co-owner of the Seattle Storm WNBA team, Celeste Keaton, lashed out at young fans who attended the game and peacefully protested men in women’s sports with signs praising Sophie Cunningham.

Keaton made the teen girls cry for supporting women’s sports.

She was later suspended and fined over the unhinged confrontation.
