Tonight, Turning Point USA is hosting its first campus event since the tragic assassination of Charlie Kirk.

The event is part of TPUSA’s American Comeback Tour, which will span several states and feature notable speakers such as Tucker Carlson, Megyn Kelly, Vivek Ramaswamy, Governor Glenn Youngkin, and many more.

Tonight’s event at the University of Minnesota will feature Daily Wire conservative commentator Michael Knowles.

As the doors were set to open for the event, attendees were met by several protesters.

One protester shouted, “Erika Hirk has got to go.”

He continued to yell, “Erika is grifting off of Charlie Kirk.”

    WATCH:

LMAO! There is literally only ONE protestor outside Turning Point USA’s sold out campus tour stop in Minnesota tonight

The line to go into the event was quite long.

    Per MPR News:

Crowds were gathering Monday outside the University of Minnesota’s Northrop Auditorium ahead of “The American Comeback Tour” — the college event originally hosted by Charlie Kirk.

Michael Knowles, a conservative commentator and author, is set to honor Kirk at the Turning Point USA event. Organizers describe the gathering as a “high energy evening featuring candid conversations about conservative values.”

Kirk, 31, the founder of Turning Point USA, was assassinated on Sept. 10 by a gunman during the tour’s kickoff event at Utah Valley University. Last Thursday, Colorado State University held the first stop of “The American Comeback Tour” since Kirk was killed. Minnesota’s is the next.

A line had formed outside the auditorium by 4 p.m. ahead of doors opening at 5:30 p.m. for students and 6 p.m. for general admission. Tickets are sold out.

NOW: The Turning Point USA campus event is ABSOLUTELY PACKED tonight at the University of Minnesota. People are lined up en masse!

The event is FULLY sold out. Michael Knowles is the speaker.
