Shocking video footage has emerged showing the moment an angry father boarded a school bus and made his young daughter beat up another girl, but he insists there is more to the story.

As KSDK shared, footage has emerged from a October 9th school bus incident in Ferguson, Missouri. The video, which the local outlet obtained, shows Maurice Fox, the dad, boarding a school bus and ordering his 6-year-old daughter to go after a 7-year-old female child.

“Do what I told you to do,” Fox tells his daughter.

He then turned to the other child and said, “Don’t put your hands on my daughter anymore.”

“If I find out you’re touching her again, your parents will have to talk to me,” he added.

Turning back to his daughter, Fox says. “Remember what I told you.”

His daughter then proceeds to rain multiple blows on the other kid.

    WATCH:

After she pauses, Fox tells her, “Again.” The beating continues following his order.

“Again, I want her crying,” Fox says.

After several more punches, Fox tells his daughter, “Let’s go,” and they exit the bus together.

Fox insists he was left with no other choice because the 7-year-old has been bullying his little girl.

“It wasn’t an easy decision,” He wrote >in an online statement obtained by KSDK. “But it was the only thing that finally stopped the other child from continuing to hurt her.

“I felt I had no other choice as a parent,” the statement continued. “My only intention was to protect my child and empower her in a world that hasn’t protected her.”

Fox also alleged that the school had refused to take action to stop the bullying.

However, St. Louis County Prosecutor Melissa Price Smith said there was no excuse for what occurred on the bus.

“What kind of world do we live in if we teach our children to resolve conflict through violence?” Smith said. “We won’t tolerate that.”

“What stood out to me was how little these children are,” she added. “This never should have happened.”

KSDK reports that Fox is facing felony harassment and multiple misdemeanor charges, including for assault and trespassing, for forcing his daughter to beat up the other kid.

A warrant has also been issued for his arrest.
