Rep Anna Paulina Luna was on “Sunday Morning Futures” to discuss topics including NY AG Leticia James pleading not guilty to mortgage fraud. Luna also discussed the government shutdown and how it is affecting air travel.

The video shows AG James talking after pleading not guilty for mortgage fraud.

“That’s New York Attorney General Leticia James after pleading not guilty in a Virginia federal court to two felony charges of bank fraud,” Bartiromo said.

“I know that your oversight committee has been looking at all of this. What can you tell us?” Bartiromo asked.

“Leticia James obviously had accused the President of a lot of things, and isn’t it ironic that the evidence is showing that she is actually guilty of what she was accusing him of being guilty of,” Luna said.

“A lot of the American people are very frustrated that these people seem to be walking free,” Luna continued.

Bartiromo also asked Rep Luna about the Russia collusion hoax and asked if it was a conspiracy.

“What are you expecting from this investigation. Do you see a conspiracy having played out?” Bartiromo asked.

“Oh, most certainly. I think that this is expansive, something of which Tulsi Gabbard when she released those files from ODNI,” Luna said.

“The current federal statutes states that it’s up to seven years in federal prison,” Luna said.

“I do think that the Department of Justice needs to be very aggressive in this approach,” Luna continued.

“I want to get your take on this government shutdown,” Bartiromo said.

“What’s your expectation for the government shutdown?” Bartiromo asked.

“Behind the scenes, Maria, I’m hearing that we potentially might not be back until even around the Thanksgiving time frame or after that,” Luna said.

“It’s all because Chuck Schumer is afraid of AOC and her polling numbers for the Senate, so I hope that he can put his ego aside and reopen the government,” Luna continued.
