Radical Election Cheaters from 25 States Sue the US Government to Prevent Complying with the Mandate on Clean Voter Rolls.

The far left were radicals who can only win elections by cheating are doing all they can to prevent free and fair elections. They cannot allow this to happen because with free and fair elections we’ll see that they receive a third or less of all votes cast.

They will do whatever they have to do to prevent free and fair elections from happening. This is a war to them, and it must be a war to us

An example is a lawsuit that’s now in the works:

A legal war that has been building for weeks just exploded into a 26-jurisdiction courtroom showdown.

And the fight is much bigger than one pot of federal money.

Twenty-five states and Washington, D.C., filed an 85-page federal complaint Thursday against two agencies in President Trump’s administration. The coalition is asking a judge to block a set of conditions attached to emergency-preparedness and homeland-security grants.

The case was filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Rhode Island.

The named defendants are the Federal Emergency Management Agency, the Department of Homeland Security, acting FEMA head Robert J. Fenton and DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin.

The coalition includes 24 attorneys general plus the governors of Kentucky and Pennsylvania. California, Illinois, New Jersey and Rhode Island are leading the case.

The immediate financial stakes are enormous.

According to the federal court complaint, the plaintiff states were allocated more than $740 million through the fiscal year 2026 Homeland Security Grant Program. DHS and FEMA plan to hold back at least 20% until the states satisfy the disputed conditions.

These monsters lie about everything, especially related to elections. After the stolen 2020 election, Americans know that these cheaters cheated to win these positions and destroy America, because that’s what they’re doing. Josh Shapiro, the governor of Pennsylvania, was heavily involved in the theft of the 2020 election in Pennsylvania. He benefited from it.  He still does, and he will do anything to remain in power and to continue the fraudulent, stolen, toxic election process that’s currently in place

Shapiro is one of the corrupt players who rely on stolen elections to stay in power.  Pennsylvania election corruption is the worst.

BREAKING: I’m suing the Trump Administration for holding millions of public safety dollars hostage in an attempt to take control of our elections.

Donald Trump is actively threatening the safety of our communities and withholding resources from our law enforcement officers and first responders in an effort to seize control of our election system.

Withholding this funding would be dangerous under any circumstance, but to do so in an attempt to control our elections is a new low — even for Donald Trump.

Pennsylvanians deserve leaders who protect their safety and right to vote. That’s why we’re taking him to court.

    — Governor Josh Shapiro (@GovernorShapiro) July 23, 2026

Election cheaters will do all they can to stop anything from preventing broken, fraudulent, and stolen elections.

It’s the only way they can win.
