A Biden-appointed judge was assigned to oversee James Comey’s criminal case on Thursday evening.

Former FBI Director James Comey was indicted on two counts by a grand jury in the Eastern District of Virginia – false statements and obstruction.

James Comey will reportedly surrender on Friday morning. Why aren’t the feds slapping leg irons on James Comey like they did with Trump advisor Dr. Peter Navarro?

Comey will be arraigned on October 9. Former US Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald is representing Comey.

US District Judge Michael Nachmanoff was ‘randomly’ assigned to Comey’s case after the former FBI agent was indicted on two federal criminal counts by a jury in the Eastern District of Virginia.

“Nachmanoff, who sits in a federal courthouse in Alexandria, Virginia, has had some brushes with Trump world before. As a federal magistrate judge, Nachmanoff presided over the 2019 arraignment of two associates of Rudy Giuliani — Lev Parnas and Igor Fruman — who were charged with campaign finance violations. He released them on a $1 million bond,” Politico reported.

Comey lashed out at President Trump after a grand jury returned a two-count indictment on Thursday evening.

“My family and I have known for years that there are costs to standing up to Donald Trump, but we couldn’t imagine ourselves living any other way,” a visibly rattled Comey said in a video posted to social media.

“We will not live on our knees, and you shouldn’t either. Somebody that I love dearly recently said that fear is the tool of a tyrant, and she’s right, but I’m not afraid, and I hope you’re not either,” Comey said.
