Both conflicts have now become potentially much more complex.
Most people were surprised by this development, but in retrospect, maybe it was inevitable that the wars in Ukraine and in Ikran were to merge into a full-blown WW3 for all to see.

Zelenskyy has attacked an Iranian commercial vessel, killing a sailor. A blatant UN Charter violation done at Israel’s behest to drag Europe into its war.
In calls with EU High Rep Kallas and FM Lavrov, made clear that what the freeloader in Kyiv did CANNOT GO UNANSWERED.

Reuters reported:
“Tehran described the attack on its vessel as an act of aggression and said it would defend its national interests and security, while accusing Kyiv of seeking to expand the war in Ukraine.
The Iranian Foreign Ministry summoned Ukraine’s chargé d’affaires in Tehran to convey its protest over what it described as a ‘hostile and criminal’ attack, Iran’s state news agency IRNA reported.
The Iranian denunciation coincided with comments by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy that Kyiv had noted Russia was passing on its satellite observations in the Middle East to Iran to enable it to direct strikes in the region.”

Kyiv Post reported:
“Following the diplomatic statement [by Iran], the pro-Iranian Telegram channel Middle East Spectator published a map asserting that the entirety of Ukraine is within the operational range of Iranian ballistic missiles, specifically referencing the Khorramshahr-4 system. This messaging has not been corroborated by official Iranian government sources.
[…] According to the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU), the operation targeted the vessels Port Olya 2 and Begey, which the agency stated were engaged in military logistics between Russia and Iran.
The diplomatic tension in the Caspian Sea coincides with increased pressure from the US regarding Ukraine’s maritime operations in the Black Sea.
The Trump administration recently issued a warning to Ukraine, urging Kyiv to refrain from attacking non-Russian vessels following a series of drone strikes that disrupted oil operations linked to the US energy company Chevron.”
