Marxist New York City Mayor Zohran Mandani has ratcheted up his war on his constituents with his most wicked move yet: effectively doxxing the individuals who his brand-new tax will impact.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, Mamdani and New York Governor Kathy Hochul unveiled a joint legislative proposal in April that went after luxury second homes worth $5 million or more. This is known as a pied-à-terre tax.

Last week, Mamdani took to X to brag that his office had sent notification letters reminding these homeowners that the tax would be implemented soon and to “check your mailbox.”

“If you have a second home in New York City worth more than $5M, check your mailbox when you’re back in the five boroughs — because you’ve got mail,” Mamdani wrote on X.

“Today, we sent notification letters to property owners, letting them know that our new pied-à-terre tax is coming soon,” he continued. “The best city in the world deserves the best parks, libraries, and schools in the world. That’s only possible when we all pay our fair share.”

On Monday, Mamdani’s regime took his sinister scheme to a dangerous level: publishing the names and addresses of ALL property owners likely affected by this new tax.

How many lives did he potentially endanger with this doxxing?

    The New York Post reported:

Mayor Zohran Mamdani’s administration has published a searchable database of Big Apple properties that could fall under the state’s new pied-à-terre tax, effectively doxxing thousands of wealthy New Yorkers.

The city’s Department of Finance uploaded the comprehensive list, which purports to cover all unoccupied, non-primary residences in the five boroughs worth north of $1 million, including the full names and addresses of every property owner.

Council Minority Leader David Carr (R-Staten Island), whose name appears on Mamdani’s hit list, called the move by the mayor “reckless and foolish” during an interview with the New York Post.

“It’s a reckless and foolish move, especially considering there are potentially thousands of properties on this list that do not qualify as second homes or whose owners will successfully dispute their inclusion,” Carr said.

Journalist Alex Berenson also shared an especially alarming anecdote on X: his 81-year-old mother got a tax notice from Mamdani’s goons, revealing that she would be subject to the pied-à-terre tax.

Berenson’s mom has lived in a townhouse in the Big Apple for 30 YEARS, which she and her husband originally bought for under $1 million.

Worse, she has nowhere else to live.

Last week, my mom got a “pied-a-terre” tax notice. She has lived full-time in her townhouse FOR 30 YEARS (she and my dad bought it for under $1 million). She has no other residence.

Is NYC not bothering with basic checking of its own tax lists?

Another New Yorker revealed that he and his sister were hit with the pied-à-terre tax despite owning a property worth less than $5 million.

My sister and I inherited a small multi family building recently (valued under $5 million) and, yet received a pied -a-terre tax letter to respond by August 21st.
$40k additional tax and up to us to prove otherwise…😳🤨🥺

One X user who said he had worked with the City of San Diego for almost seven years said that ‘errors’ like these are just “the tip of the iceberg” and far more New Yorkers than expected will be victimized by this “tax on the rich.”

I worked with (but not for) the City of San Diego for almost seven years. Based on my experiences, it’s extremely likely that the NYC property database (which is probably an amalgam of various other datasets) contains numerous inaccuracies and almost a certainty that no one in…

Anyone who expected that Mamdani and his fellow comrades were telling the truth about simply targeting the rich has no clue how Marxism works.

Targeting those with ample money and then moving toward those with any financial means is precisely how communists have operated since seizing power.
