Joy Behar engaging in pure fantasy – Screencap of Twitter/X video.

The ladies of ‘The View’ live in an alternate universe.

During the show today, Joy Behar, Whoopi and others suggested that they’d like to have more Republicans on the show but then absurdly suggested that Republicans are too scared to go on the show.

Republicans go into hostile media environments all the time. JD Vance was just recently harassed on ABC News by George Stephanopoulos.

It is Democrats who are scared to anywhere near media outlets that might be hostile towards them. They have no idea how to deal with hard questions. Look at what just happened to Katie Porter in California.

It’s also ironic for the hosts of this show to suddenly want to have more Republican guests. Why? So they can accuse them of being fascists to their faces?

    Transcript via NewsBusters:

GOLDBERG: But that’s the great thing about The View, you know, we want people to come and give their views. And everyone who comes here, we try to be respectful, and we ask tough questions. We ask tough questions because we’re otherwise speculating.

    SARA HAINES: Right.

GOLDBERG: So we can ask. Go ahead, Joy.

BEHAR: I was going to say that I think we should have more Republicans on the show, but they don’t want to come on. They’re scared of us. It’s like Marjorie Taylor Greene says that she finds the Republican men afraid of powerful women. Well, that may be true of all political persuasions, but if they would come on this show and they can explain to us what they’re trying to do to this country.

ALYSSA FARAH GRIFFIN: And we have had some good ones. But like, I always think it’s helpful when we have like Ted Cruz, I think we should have. We’ve invited Mike Johnson. Thomas Massie has been super interesting.

Newsflash for Joy: Republicans are not afraid of you or any of your co-hosts. They avoid your show for the same reason that people avoid deadly diseases, poisons, and toxic waste.

You can’t spend years calling people ‘Nazis’ and then wonder why they don’t come around to chat with you.
