Wow!
On Saturday, during the WNBA’s Indianapolis Fever-Chicago Sky game controversial player DiJonai Carrington made headlines after she brutally assaulted Fever star Sophie Cunningham during her breakaway layup.
It is obvious from the film that Carrington did not go for the ball. She was aiming for Cunningham’s head and neck.
If this would have happened on a street corner Carrington would be arrested on assault charges.
Carrington was ejected from the game but she was not sorry for her blatant assault. She tweeted out “White Privilege” as if she was somehow the victim of her own violence!
After the game the screwball coach for the Fever, Stephanie White, who has a horrible record on and off the court, weighed in on the assault.

White defended Carrington for the obviously intentional and brutal public assault of the Fever star.

White’s comments were so egregious that the Lt. Governor of Indiana, Micah Beckwith, called for White to resign.
Beckwith commented on Fever coach Stephanie White’s bizarre defense of DiJonai Carrington after her assault on Sophie Cunningham.
On Tuesday, prior to the Fever game with the New York Liberty, Stephanie White addressed her critics in a bizarre rant about love and integrity ending with White slamming her fist on the table and telling her critics to ‘go to hell.’
White also claimed that she did not see the play when Cunningham was assaulted.
This was a lie.
Fever fans immediately posted a photo of White looking directly at Cunningham when she was assaulted.
Now this…
There is now video from the game that shows Stephanie White walking directly past a bleeding Sophie Cunningham over to check on DiJonai Carrington.
This is so disgusting!
And, White wonders why she is feeling some heat from fans?
