California’s Democrat Attorney General Rob Bonta on Wednesday announced an online portal for people to doxx ICE agents and report activity by federal agents.

The Trump Administration is conducting lawful immigration raids across the country and Rob Bonta is spending taxpayer money to protect illegal aliens.

Bonta said federal immigration officers are conducting raids and arrests that resemble abductions.

“Californians are scared,” Bonta said as he trashed the Trump Administration.

    Illegal aliens are not Californians.

“Our job at the California Department of Justice is simple: To safeguard the rights of everyone who calls this state home no matter their background their status or their zip code,” he said.

“Nobody should be living in fear,” Bonta said.

“Governor Gavin Newsom and Attorney General Rob Bonta today announced a new online portal to assist members of the public in sharing information with the California Department of Justice regarding potentially unlawful activity by federal agents and officers across the state,” Newsom’s office said.

“Federal agents have broad authority to enforce federal laws, including federal immigration laws, but they must do so lawfully. The portal, which allows Californians to submit video and photos, will help the California Department of Justice create a record of potential unlawful conduct by federal agents, and inform possible legal actions the state may take to protect Californians’ rights,” Newsom’s office said.

“The Trump Administration is engaging in a campaign of terror and fear that has left some California communities scared to go about their daily lives. From unmarked military-style vehicles to detainments that more closely resemble kidnappings, Californians are rightly concerned that federal agents may be crossing the line and abusing their authority. The President’s actions these past 10 months only lend support to this conclusion,” said Attorney General Bonta.

“Let me be clear: Federal agents can enforce federal laws, and no one should interfere with them doing their job. But they must also do so lawfully and in compliance with the Constitution. If you believe a federal agent is acting unlawfully, you can report it to my office at oag.ca.gov/report-misconduct,” he said.

“Please be advised that submitting information in or filing a complaint in the portal does not mean that the Attorney General will necessarily take any particular action on your complaint. The Attorney General is prohibited by law from representing private individuals or providing legal advice, legal research, or legal analysis to private individuals, including in immigration proceedings. You may obtain a referral to a certified lawyer referral service by calling the State Bar at 1-866-442-2529 or via its website. If you cannot afford a private attorney, you may consider contacting your local legal aid office. For a referral, visit this link and click on the Find Legal Assistance tab,” Newsom’s office said.

“If you believe you are witnessing a crime in progress, you should call 911 or your local law enforcement agency and report it; the Portal does not constitute formal reporting of a crime to a law enforcement agency, and will not result in an immediate law enforcement response,” Newsom’s office added.
