A massive brawl erupted inside a famous Texas fast food joint earlier this month, resulting in several arrests.

As KSAT reported, police were dispatched to a Whataburger in San Antonio after 3 a.m. on October 5 to respond to the fight, which happened over an order mix-up.

In the video, several people shout as a huge brawl breaks out inside the establishment. The larger part of the brawl happens to the left.

A young white man appears to get the worst of the punishment as several Hispanic-looking individuals can be seen pounding him while he’s helplessly lying on the ground.

Another person, possibly a restaurant worker, appeals for calm, but to no avail.

Pictures following the melee showed blood on the floor.

According to the San Antonio Police Department, the seven people arrested were: Andres Garcia Cardenas, 21; Tyrone Tolliver, 21; Miguel Torres, 57; Meili Torres, 21; Andrew Lopez, 21; Deontae Tolliver, 23; and Veronica Valdez, 53.

KSAT reported that two 18-year-olds and two 20-year-olds were also a part of one of the groups.

Surprisingly, no one reportedly suffered any significant injuries.

San Antonio resident Rebecca Noel revealed on Facebook that her son was a victim in the melee and shed more light on what happened.

“Part of another table’s order was mistakenly brought to my son and his friends. Instead of the staff acknowledging their error, they reportedly told the other customers, ‘They have your food,’” Rebecca Noel wrote, while sharing a video of the fight.

“Moments later, those individuals confronted my son and his friends, and within seconds, the situation escalated far beyond a simple misunderstanding — to a violent assault,” Noel added.

“There is absolutely no excuse for what happened. This never should have escalated to this point.”

A Whataburger spokesperson said the restaurant was cooperating with authorities and attempted to reassure customers.

“At Whataburger, the safety of our guests and employees is our top priority,” the spokesperson said.

An investigation into the incident remains ongoing.
